Billy from quality pool came out. I think he emptied the weed canister for us. I was noticing that we haven’t been doing it. He cleared the codes. Found the pump basket was extremely full of leaves and debris and was most likely causing the no flow air. This needs to be cleaned out weekly. The filter needs to be cleaned. The pump is on its last legs and will need to be replaced soon.

Have been getting random emails for the past couple weeks and got several today about Cleaning tea Cell chlorinator one, upgrade available, no water flow flow sensor. Took off salt cell to clean it, but there was no calcium at all so did not clean it. Reset the Omni logic. I emailed quality pool to see why this could be happening.

The past couple days, Omni logic is saying salt cell is too low. It’s not too low and there should not be calcium since I’ve been on top of everything. We will check the cell.

Turned up soft Cell a little more so that everything is 90 or 93%. It’s not really hot out yet so it still doesn’t make sense. Why the FC is so low.

Weird that I shut off all four timers/off switches for chlorinator last night and two were on (not the one that was supposed to be on at the time) and the pump was turned off for the 10pm til 6am timer. If that timer was off by accident somehow this whole time that could explain the low FC. Check again and do another overnight if needed. Between isaac and I we kept getting different fc numbers but when I did it second x my numbers matched to show no overnight loss.

I don’t understand why I have to turn the salt so up as high as I’m turning it up and it still has such a little chlorine a gallon of chlorine that hasn’t been that hot or sunny yet. Looks like I need to get my CYA up as the next step. Pretty sure that’s what Gene would say.

Not liking how high I feel like the coordinator is with how many clouds they have been and fc seems low. It’s not even hot yet. So I fixed the chlorine section in OmniLogic that had an, on, am, pm and put them in order so that that wouldn’t affect anything and turned salt cell up:
6-9am = 57%
9:01am -12pm = 90%
6-9pm = 93%
10p-5:59 = 69%

Salt cell Panel still says low salt, but the salt is not low. We never did finish cleaning the cell good enough before starting the pool so we will have to clean it again. Isaac also cracked the fitting that holds the salt cell in place so will need to replace that. He turned too much the wrong way.
