Start up Continued: Filter is loaded with 100 lbs zeosand. Start up of filter introduced cloud to near 100% clear pool from fill, even though the filter was initially to waste to clear hoses, backwashed, another to waste before set to filter. Pump is plugged in to wifi enabled, outdoor, three outlet, smart plug which allows app start/stop and timer setup.
Start up continued: Treated debris filled pool with 1lb HTH & algaecide. Used sump pump to drain to about 6-8" and vacuumed most of the muck introduced to pool from tarp with wet vac. Refill took about three days.
Start up: winter tarp had water, leaf, and tree debris on top. Winterized water underneath was clear with debris on bottom of pool. Because of late startup, tadpoles we're living in tarp water. Shocked the tarp water with 1lb bag HTH killing tadpoles, skimmed most of the dead out of water before draining most tarp water and removing. Accidentally introduced tarp debris to water underneath.
