The liquidator has been keeping chlorine levels from 2-6 depending on the day. Have maintained chem levels within tolerances the last two weeks without logging every test. Pool is clear and sparkling even with daily swimming of groups of kids.

Just returned from vacation fro 10 days. Relied on the Liquidator to keep the chlorine up. Jason and Julien checked on things. The pH was high and chlorine low but the pool was blue and clear. the skimmer traps have greatly reduced bottom debris.
22 oz of 31.45% (20º Be) Muriatic Acid
turned Liquidator off after high test in the morning and retested water around 1pm to see a 3 ppm drop So it looks like I will keep the flow at .5 for a while to see. Problem is that om going on vacation. Will get Riley to retest tonight to see if flow should be increased.

added HASA Liquidator tonight, dialing in flow. Looks like the flow indicator will be between 0 and 1 to not over chlorinated the pool. pool spiked to 9 ppm over night after just running it for an hour.

Now that the pool has stabilized a bit, I am just watching chlorine and pH levels two times per day and adding bleach as needed. given this, I may not track every little addition.

5 lbs of Calcium Chloride
3 lbs of Soda Ash / Washing Soda
After seeing the unscientific approach Cameron took and the shock level numbers, it became obvious that he wasn't following the NPC pool start guidelines. I spent the afternoon rebalancing his work, getting the numbers back to tolerances. I drained the pool twice and added fresh water, raised the pH, dropped the chlorine level, and added calcium.
